Always have the BEST tres leches cake. Any filing this one was with banana...YummyMickey mouse topper was purchased elsewhere.

Cake taste was good ...the decoration wasn't good at all .it was very simple ......but the customer service is horrible..i had to wait 1 hour just to get my cake that i paid 2 days in advance .......only 2 workers for 25 people waiting for cakes with paid tickets at hand....the same workers where taking orders on the phone ..so frustrating....resume ....good cakes but prepare for dealing with 1 hour waiting line watching lazy and incompetent people ....

Cake tasted "ok". Good prices. Everything seemed pretty generic there

The cakes in this bakery are AMAZING!! They arent too sweet, they arent too dry compared to other bakery's cakes. Plus, their frosting doesn't stain whatsoever

Small place, baked goods are good but not much variety. I didn't see any Mexican chucherias/snacks which I was kinda looking forward to. But staff was very friendly.

I paid well over $100 for this cake. No decoration done only topped it with the decoration I paid for. I (and you) could have easily bought this cake at Costco or Frys for only $25 and added the decoration on top. I think the pricing is ridiculous if this is what you are getting. I will never come here again. Very upsetting... I feel robbed.. I recommend you save money and buy your decoration and cake at Costco!

Everything is tasty and you can buy a lot for 20 dollars or less. I come here every time

My cake was not ready when I picked it up even though I called ahead of time to see if it was ready staff has no sense of urgency it’s a shame because the cakes are really good

1/6/20 bad service false advertisement can’t trust them when they say they have it in stores.

It was suppose to be a Lego cake and they wrote it wrong. Logo wasn't even in the middle not worth what I paid for. The wait is extremely long. I didn't even see the cake until I got home. They boxed and didn't even show me.

I have a really bad experience with this bakery l order my cake 2 days ago so they can have it ready yesterday . They said the order was never made and never did the cake. Very unprofessional if you ask me !! Never again!!

The cakes taste good but they have messed up the decorations multiple times. The decor is very low quality.

Cakes are the best ones here. Tres leches cake is 5 stars.Customer service here is terrible. Wait time to place a cake or to pick up a cake is the longest. The cake decorators are the pickiest ones. Been 3+ times that they have gotten my order wrong.

Would not recommend our pick up time was 3pm I came in at 430. We did not see our cake ready in the showcase.Their excuse for our cake not being ready was "it has spilled milk on top". We can fix in 5 min. Its 5 PM now. No sign of the cake. More customers at the moment are not satisfied with their cakes. Wrong description, and bad image. I would not recommend them. They brought us the wrong cake.

They have the best cakes in Phoenix, but the customer service is awful.who ever is doing the decorations on the cakes needs to take clases because they do a poor job and keep messing up everyone’s cakes. I have complained about it and they just don’t care. They should really take the time to make things right for everyone.

This bakery has some of the best tres leches cake in all of phoenix. The cake is moist and i never leave disappointed. Love it!

Ordered both my kids birthday cakes here and they were delicious. Their service was great and friendly. There is a long wait though. But the cakes were made exactly how I wanted and they were ready on time. I needed them picked up a day earlier than what I had told them and it was not a problem for them . cake was not too sweet and not too bland. It was perfect . I will definitely come here again and I recommend you give this hidden gem a try

Great bakery!!! Everything is so fresh and delicious. I went in there needing a cake at that moment. They had multiple cake flavors available. I highly recommend this place.

Cakes are good tasting, but I'm giving them a low grade because they lack of good customer service skills. They need to better train their employees and add 1 or 2 more registers. The waiting time to pick up a cake is at least 30 min. From the time you arrive even if you had previously arranged a pick up time and your cake is paid for. These Cakes are also very OVERPRICED. I've found the same quality cakes at other pastelerias like Azteca, Diana's and La purisima at a way lower price. I will not be coming back here

DELICIOUS CAKES! DEFINITELY TASTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO!!! They are a very busy bakery, they have no customer service skills. They can't multi task. As I was being helped the other lady was interrupting to go help and I waited longer than expected. They should have someone for phone orders, pick ups, and order placing. They can definitely afford to hire more.

The tres leches cake is delicious it’s not to sweet just perfect but I must agree with other raters there customer service skills are lacking a lot! I have had rude CS from there but still go back for their cakes I sure hope next time I go it would improve

To be honest I’m not a big Fan of cake ,but after trying the cake from this place I became addicted there cake it is so moist and it has the perfect taste unlike some other places the cake be all dry and not good ..I highly recommend the cake from this place I normally get the pinnaple coconut 3 leches cake and I love it 🤤

Their cakes are amazing. But be prepared to never get your cake on time when you place an order with them. We've done two orders with them in the past and when we went to pick them up we had to wait 20-30 minutes both times. Other than that they make the best cakes hands down.

I come here occasionally because the bread is good and it's close to my house but the last 2 experiences have prompted me to buy bread elsewhere. The previous time, there were no tongs to get the bread, the ladies saw this and didn't offer any, so we just used a plastic film to get the bread. It was not busy but we were waiting to check out for a long time because our cashier was busy talking to another employee. Today, we were waiting for the place to open since it was almost time but much to my surprise they did not open at 8 a.m. If they're not going to open at 8 a.m., they should not put this on the door or website. If they're not going to show customer service, they should not expect customers to return.
